Eligibility for Return

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You notify us within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the product.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, accessories, and invoices intact.


Non-returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Items that are used, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • Products made to order or customized (e.g., engraved idols, name-based gifts)

    Seasonal/festival-specific items (e.g., Diwali sets,Rakhi kits, Ganesh murti, etc.)

  • Items categorized as spiritual,pooja samagri, or sacred consumables (e.g.,prasad,sindoor,camphor)

  • Products marked as "Non-returnable" on the product page


🔄 Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer support at support@festivila.com or call +91-9662488711 within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Inspection: Our team may ask for photos/videos of the product to verify the return reason.

  3. Approval & Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to return the item.

  4. Refund or Replacement: After receiving and verifying the returned product, we will initiate a refund or replacement based on your request.


💵 Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after the returned product passes quality checks.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method (or wallet for COD returns).


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Returns are subject to verification by our quality team.

  • If the return is rejected due to non-compliance with policy (used, damaged, or incomplete item), the product will be shipped back to you.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, bank details will be required to process the refund.
