If the order is already shipped or out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
In the case of prepaid orders, refund (if eligible) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Certain orders cannot be cancelled, including:
Orders for customized or personalized items (e.g., name-based products, engraved gifts)
Orders placed during special sales or festival campaigns (e.g., Diwali, Navratri, Eid)
Pooja samagri, spiritual consumables, or sacred items once packed/shipped
Products marked as "Non-Cancellable" on the product page
6valley reserves the right to cancel orders in the following situations:
Product is out of stock or discontinued
Product is out of stock or discontinued
Payment not received (in case of failed online transactions)
Technical or pricing errors on the website
Suspected fraudulent orders
In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund (if any payment made) will be processed promptly.
If the order is cancelled successfully before shipping, a full refund will be issued within 7–10 working days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is applicable unless an advance amount was paid.
