Refund & Cancellation Policy

At 6valley by Festivila, we strive to deliver quality products and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of cultural and religious products, refund and cancellation policies have specific guidelines.


1. Order Cancellation

🔹 By Customer:

  • You can cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting our support.

  • Cancellation is not possible after dispatch, or for made-to-order or personalized items (e.g., pooja kits, customized gifts, wedding items).

  • To cancel, email us at support@festivila.com with your order number.

🔹 By 6valley:

We reserve the right to cancel your order in the following cases:

  • Product unavailable/out of stock

  • Delivery location not serviceable

  • Pricing or technical error

  • Payment not completed or suspected fraud

In such cases, any paid amount will be refunded.


2. Return & Replacement

We follow a strict no-return policy for:

  • Pooja samagri, incense, kumkum, religious products

  • Garments used or tried

  • Food/prasad items

  • Jewelry or customized gifts

Replacement is only possible if:

  • The item is damaged or defective on arrival

  • You receive the wrong product

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos/video of the product and packaging

  • Our team will verify and respond within 2–4 business days


3. Refund Eligibility

A refund is only issued if:

  • The order was prepaid and later cancelled by us

  • The product was not delivered due to our error

  • A returned product was accepted after inspection

Once approved, refunds are processed within:

  • 5–7 business days to your original payment method

  • Wallet refunds (if applicable) may reflect immediately


4. Non-Refundable Cases

No refund will be given if:

  • The product was delivered and accepted

  • Damage is reported after 48 hours

  • Product was used or tampered with

  • Incorrect address or contact details were provided by you

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders are refused at delivery without valid reason
